A fixed fee for the Blueprint, then a monthly fee through the build until you are live, then optional Care. You get exact numbers at the end of the Blueprint, once we have seen your real data. A quote before that is a guess.
It runs in your hosting account, on your database, with your keys, billed to your card, from the first build month. You get the repository. There is no platform fee and nothing we can lock you out of. Stop paying and nothing switches off.
Guardrails, user roles and permissions, and an audit trail on every action. AI drafts, triages and checks. A person approves anything that matters until you have seen enough to decide otherwise.
Accounting, CRM, payments, messaging and file storage are the usual ones, and they work both ways so nothing drifts out of sync. Most tools with a usable API can be connected. We will tell you on the call if yours cannot.
No model is trained or fine-tuned, and there are no model weights of your own. Your material is organised so the AI draws on it when it answers, which is what built on your knowledge means. If customers use it, they always see it as AI.
